The California Association of Boutique & Breakfast Inns (“CABBI”, “we”, “us”) is the sole owner of the information collected on this corporate website (“Site”). We will not disclose this information to others in ways different from those disclosed in this Privacy Policy.
We collect information from our users and encourage them to communicate with us at several different points on this site, and we maintain this information electronically or in hard copy format. We use the information that we collect from our users to provide the information and features available on this Site, as well as for development of new services and features and to otherwise improve this Site, and for systems administration and troubleshooting purposes. The California Association of Boutique & Breakfast Inns respects the privacy of visitors to www.cabbi.com. E-mail addresses and other volunteered information are generally kept confidential. However, we have several partner organizations we may occasionally share information with, including but not limited to, the California Hotel & Lodging Association, the California Hotel & Lodging Association Educational Foundation, our national association partner, and others who deliver services to the hospitality industry. CABBI/CHLA uses your credit card number, billing and shipping information to process purchases you make from CABBI online. These purchases may include payment of event registrations. In addition, CABBI may provide your credit card number, billing and shipping information to participating merchants from whom you buy goods or services through the InnSpire Site. The merchants are solely responsible for how they use that information and any other information they independently acquire from you or about you. Otherwise, we do not share your credit card information with anyone else. To protect the security of your credit card information, we employ the industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. We also encrypt your credit card number when we store your order and whenever we transfer that information to participating merchants. There are no refunds or returns on any items or memberships purchased from our web site or through our event registration system unless otherwise specifically stated during the check-out process.
