We missed seeing everyone in person last year and cannot wait to come together again for our 2022 InnSpire Conference & Marketplace. Join us in sunny San Diego as we come together for three days of education, networking and fun. There are plenty of opportunities planned for you to network with fellow innkeepers during the 2022 InnSpire Conference & Marketplace. Attend Sunday’s opening general session and then meet our exhibitors during our opening happy hour reception in the marketplace. Check items off your shopping list during Monday’s marketplace shopping time. Take the night off and join us for a fun Southern California dinner on the beach. We have over a dozen educational sessions planned, including our always-popular round table sessions.

CABBI is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable InnSpire Conference experience for all attendees. All state and local guidelines at the time of the event will be followed, along with guidance from the CDC related to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Bahia Resort Hotel will continue strict cleaning and sanitization practices and will ensure a safe environment for guests. Any changes to vaccination or masking requirements will be communicated to registered attendees as soon as possible. Thank you for participating in our 2021 Virtual InnSpire Conference & Marketplace!

CABBI held the 2021 InnSpire Conference & Marketplace in an interactive virtual setting January 27-28, 2021. While we miss seeing everyone in person, safety during the pandemic was our top priority. Attendees and exhibitors were invited to join us from wherever they were using a new, exciting format. All education was available in a pre-recorded, on-demand format for attendees to watch and rewatch on their own schedule. The event also included four live sessions, with an opening speaker, happy hour, and two Q&A sessions with our speakers. The event opened with a live motivational session presented by Darren Ross, CEO, Service Freak Hospitality, LLC, Operators of Magic Castle Hotel, Hollywood, CA. Darren provided creative and cost-effective ideas for creating a big impact with guests, and left our attendees feeling inspired. Educational workshops included: How to Survive Any Economy, Destination Recovery: A Marketing Roadmap, How to Measure the ROI of your Marketing Strategies, Have Your Way with the OTAs: Finding Your Happily-Ever-After, Lessons Learned During COVID-19 Innkeeper Panel, SBA 504 Refinance Loan: A Tool for Recovery, 2021 California Legislative and Case Law Update, How California Inn Sales have Changed During COVID-19, and much more. The 2021 event featured more education than any other past event. Our virtual marketplace was full of the industry’s leading suppliers, ready to chat live with our attendees.
