Sunday Opening General Session Sponsor – $500
Sponsor our opening general session on Sunday afternoon and be the first company our attendees see. The Sunday opening general session sponsor will be recognized on signage and in the conference program and have a chance to say a few words to our attendees to help kick off the event.
Sunday Reception Sponsor: $1,000
Sponsor the opening reception Sunday evening in the marketplace and receive drink tickets that you can hand out to attendees to enjoy a drink “on you”. This is a great opportunity to thank current customers and entice new ones. Tickets will be customized for the sponsoring vendor – with their company logo – and good for any drink at the bar during the evening reception.
Monday Morning Breakfast Sponsor – $750
Monday morning, we are inviting everyone to join us for breakfast to kick off day one of the InnSpire Marketplace. The breakfast sponsor will receive recognition on signage and in the program and have the first opportunity to welcome our event attendees.
Monday Lunch Sponsor – $1,000
Sponsor lunch in the marketplace on Monday and get your company’s name all over the marketplace floor. Sponsor will be recognized on signage and in the conference program.
Tuesday Breakfast Sponsor: $750
Sponsor the sit-down breakfast on Tuesday and help us kick off our final day of InnSpire. Sponsor will be recognized on signage and in the conference program, as well as recognized from the podium during our Tuesday morning association update.
Tuesday Closing Lunch Sponsor: $1,000
Sponsor our Tuesday lunch and be the last company our attendees see. Tuesday lunch sponsor will be recognized on signage and in the conference program and have a chance to say a few words to our attendees before they depart.
Event Program Sponsor: $750
Event Program Sponsor will receive the coveted back cover ad spot and will be mentioned on the front cover with a company logo and inside the program as the official event program sponsor. Every attendee receives a copy of the program and this is a great way to be noticed each time they look at the workshop schedule or for more event information.
Coffee/Tea Sponsor: $500
Innkeepers love their coffee & tea – this sponsorship is a great way to be sure you are noticed! Coffee & tea sponsors will receive recognition on signage and in the program as a sponsor. Three opportunities available.
Sponsor a Workshop – $250
When you sponsor a workshop, you are invited to introduce yourself/your company and the workshop speaker at the beginning of the session. A table in the room is available for literature or samples.

Get your ad and name on all our attendee confirmation emails leading up to the event.
