Platinum Sponsor:      $5,499

The Platinum Sponsor level will offer:

  • A premium booth space with internet and power
  • Registration for up to four (4) company representatives, with Monday-night dinner tickets
  • Exclusive sponsorship of a breakfast, lunch, keynote speaker, or other general session event
  • The opportunity to introduce one of the speakers or offer an event welcome
  • Company logo on program and event website
  • Enhanced listing in conference program
  • Signage at the event
  • Dedicated Social Media Promotion
  • Full page ad in the conference program and Innkeeping as a Profession workshop program

Gold Sponsor:       $3,499

The Gold Sponsor level will offer:

  • Enhanced listing in the conference program

Silver Sponsor:      $1,999

The Silver Sponsor level will offer:

  • Invitation to Sunday’s Welcome Opening Reception (Only Event Sponsors & Attendees are Invited)

A la Carte Sponsorship Options

A la carte sponsorships are subject to change based on schedule and other sponsorships. A la carte sponsorships DO NOT include a booth space in the marketplace.

Sunday Night Opening General Session Sponsor: $500

Sponsor our opening general session on Sunday afternoon and be the first company our attendees see. The Sunday opening general session sponsor will be recognized on signage and in the conference program, and have a chance to say a few words to our attendees to help kick off the event.

Sunday Night Reception Sponsor: $1000

Sponsor the opening reception Sunday evening in the marketplace and receive 24 drink tickets that you can hand out to attendees to enjoy a drink “on you”. This is a great opportunity to thank current customers and entice new ones. Tickets will be customized for the sponsoring vendor – with their company logo – and good for any drink at the bar during the evening reception.

Sponsor a workshop: $200

When you sponsor a workshop you are invited to introduce yourself/your company and the workshop speaker at the beginning of the session. A table in the back of the room is available for literature or samples.

Monday Lunch Sponsor: $750

Sponsor lunch in the marketplace on Monday and get your company’s name all over the marketplace floor. Sponsor will be recognized on signage and in the conference program.

Tuesday Breakfast Sponsor: $750

Sponsor breakfast on Tuesday and help us kick off our final day of InnSpire. Sponsor will be recognized on signage and in the conference program, as well as recognized from the podium during our Tuesday morning association update.

Tuesday Closing Lunch Sponsor: $1000 

Sponsor our Tuesday lunch and be the last company our attendees see. Tuesday lunch sponsor will be recognized on signage and in the conference program, and have a chance to say a few words to our attendees before they depart.

Send Off Snack Sponsor: $500

Leave a lasting impression by sponsoring a going away snack for our attendees. The “Send Off Snack Sponsor” covers a snack and bottled water as our attendees leave the event on Wednesday. Sponsor will be recognized on signage and in the program, and is welcome to help hand out the snack and connect with any final attendees.

Event Program Sponsor: $749

Event Program Sponsor will receive the coveted back cover ad spot and will be mentioned on the front cover with a company logo and inside the program as the official event program sponsor.

Coffee Sponsor: $350 (2 opportunities available)

Innkeepers love their coffee – this sponsorship is a great way to be sure you’re noticed! Coffee sponsors will receive recognition on signage and in the program as a sponsor.

Confirmation Email Sponsor: $250

Get your ad and name on all our attendee confirmation and reminder emails leading up to the event.

InnSpire Attendee Bag Sponsor

Provide 200 Bags with your logo or cover costs of producing bags.

InnSpire Lanyard Sponsor

Provide 200 Name Badge Lanyards/Neck Wallets with your logo or cover costs of producing lanyards.

Advertise in the Conference Program

Get your products and services in front of current and aspiring innkeepers by advertising in the conference programs – the 2020 InnSpire Conference & Marketplace Attendee Program and the CABBI Innkeeping as a Profession (IAP) Workshop Program. Ad artwork is due by December 1, 2019 in a high-resolution .jpg or .pdf format.

Silent Auction

Your item, gift certificate or gift basket will be attractively displayed on Sunday and Monday. The Silent Auction will close at 5:00pm on Monday afternoon. All proceeds go to CABBI and the California Hotel & Lodging Association Education Foundation.
