According to research, more than 3 million Chinese travelers were expected to visit the United States in 2015, spending more than $15 billion for the year.  Carl Winston is a frequent traveler and successful businessman in China.  He works with several multi-national hospitality companies in talent development and bridging the gap between Chinese and U.S. travelers. In this session, he will present some simple techniques to attract and delight Chinese travelers.
