We had a blast at the 2023 InnSpire Conference & Marketplace in Walnut Creek!

The 2023 Innspire Conference & Marketplace took place January 29-31 at the Marriott Walnut Creek. The trade show floor was buzzing, the networking was invaluable and the education was better than every. We had education sessions covering social media, ADA compliance, staffing shortages, PR strategies, minimizing taxes and so much more. Attendees got to experience the local atmosphere at our dine around dinner and had lots of opportunities for networking with peers throughout the two-day event. The Innspire Conference & Marketplace presented by CABBI was huge success! The event took place January 23-25 at the stunning Bahia Resort Hotel in San Diego and was a fun mix of work and play. We had hospitality guest speakers discuss moving past COVID, employment law, payment processing and more. There was also dinner on the beach, a beach party, and even a conga line! Thank you for participating in our 2021 Virtual InnSpire Conference & Marketplace!

CABBI held the 2021 InnSpire Conference & Marketplace in an interactive virtual setting January 27-28, 2021. While we miss seeing everyone in person, safety during the pandemic was our top priority. Attendees and exhibitors were invited to join us from wherever they were using a new, exciting format. All education was available in a pre-recorded, on-demand format for attendees to watch and rewatch on their own schedule. The event also included four live sessions, with an opening speaker, happy hour, and two Q&A sessions with our speakers. The event opened with a live motivational session presented by Darren Ross, CEO, Service Freak Hospitality, LLC, Operators of Magic Castle Hotel, Hollywood, CA. Darren provided creative and cost-effective ideas for creating a big impact with guests, and left our attendees feeling inspired. Educational workshops included: How to Survive Any Economy, Destination Recovery: A Marketing Roadmap, How to Measure the ROI of your Marketing Strategies, Have Your Way with the OTAs: Finding Your Happily-Ever-After, Lessons Learned During COVID-19 Innkeeper Panel, SBA 504 Refinance Loan: A Tool for Recovery, 2021 California Legislative and Case Law Update, How California Inn Sales have Changed During COVID-19, and much more. The 2021 event featured more education than any other past event. Our virtual marketplace was full of the industry’s leading suppliers, ready to chat live with our attendees. CABBI held the 2020 InnSpire Conference & Marketplace at the Monterey Marriott on January 26-28, 2020. The event opened with a welcome from the Conference Chair, an educational general session and a networking reception on the marketplace floor. Educational workshops included; Actionable Tips to Power Up Your Business in 2020, Accurate Record Keeping for Innkeepers, How is the Next Generation Traveling?, The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Smart Phone Photo, Video, and Marketing and much more. The marketplace sold out with over 40 vendors attending. The highlight of our 2020 conference was our special dinner event at the world-famous Monterey Bay Aquarium! CABBI held its annual InnSpire Conference & Marketplace at the Hyatt Regency Sonoma Wine Country on January 27–29, 2019. The event opened with the popular roundtable mini-education sessions and a networking reception. Educational workshops included; Brand Auditing, ADA Complaint Websites, The Next Big Thing in Cannabis: Tourism and Travel, Wage and Hour Traps and more.
