Dear Supplier to the Bed and Breakfast Inns,

The California Association of Bed & Breakfast Inns (CABBI) invites your company to be a sponsor at the InnSpire Conference & Trade Show. Conference details for 2013 will be announced soon.

We expect more than 100 innkeepers, aspiring innkeepers and tourism professionals to attend. Below are the 2013 sponsorship opportunities.

INNSPIRE SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Please consider sponsoring the InnSpire Conference and Trade Show. InnSpire sponsorship opportunities are a great way to increase your company's exposure and get your products and services in front of more innkeepers before, during and after the conference. To sponsor the InnSpire Conference, you must be a CABBI member.

Platinum Sponsorship: $5,000

Booth with premium location, electricity, Internet, additional person, logo on the InnSpire website, full-page ad in the conference and IAP programs, enhanced listing in the conference program, inclusion on the Trade Show Bingo Card and dinner tickets for two. As a sponsor of the whole conference, you also receive a speaking opportunity and a roundtable session in the Trade Show.

Gold Sponsorship: $3,000

Booth with premium location, electricity, Internet, additional person, logo on the website, full-page ad in the conference and IAP programs, enhanced listing in the conference program, inclusion on the Trade Show Bingo Card, roundtable session in the Trade Show and listed as the sponsor of one event.

Silver Sponsorship: $1,500

Booth with premium location, electricity, Internet, and half-page advertisement in the conference and IAP programs, enhanced listing in the conference program, inclusion on the Trade Show Bingo Card and a roundtable session in the Trade Show.

A La Carte Sponsorship Options:

• Monday Night Dinner Sponsor: $5,000 (includes two tickets to dinner)
• Monday Night Reception Sponsor: $1,500 (includes two tickets to dinner)
• Sunday Night Reception Sponsor: $1,000
• Monday Breakfast Sponsor: $500
• Tuesday Breakfast Sponsor: $500
• Monday Lunch Sponsor: $500
• Tuesday Lunch Sponsor: $500
• Coffee Sponsor: $250(2 opportunities available)
• Trade Show Bingo Card Sponsor: $250 (your ad on the back of the bingo card)
• Provide conference promotional item (bag, pens, etc.): Inkind

ADDITIONAL PROMOTIONAL OPPORTUNITIES

Donate a Gift for the Attendee Bags

Promote your company by providing a gift for the attendee conference bag. CABBI is looking for donations of pens, notepads, lanyards, bags, product samples and other gifts for the attendees. Contact Jenn Wheaton for more details at 916-554-2673 or email jenn@cabbi.com.

Advertise in the Conference Program

Get your products and services in front of current and aspiring innkeepers by advertising in the conference programs - the InnSpire 2011 Attendee Program and the Innkeeping as a Profession (IAP) Program.

Silent Auction

Your item, gift certificate or gift basket will be attractively displayed in the Exhibit Hall on Sunday and Monday. The Silent Auction will close at the end of the Trade Show.

Trade Show Drawing for Attendees

Attract attendees to your table or booth by participating in this drawing for your donated prizes. Bring a container for attendees' business cards and watch the excitement grow as we near the close of the Trade Show on Monday afternoon.

Trade Show Bingo Card

Have your company name and booth number listed on the Trade Show Bingo Card. Attendees will be encouraged to visit each vendor for a "stamp" and enter completed cards for the end of conference raffle. Sponsor the Trade Show Bingo card and have your ad listed on the back.
