  Acquiring your inn starts with a search to identify the right match for you. A professional lodging broker will explain how to approach the purchase decision and the steps of the transaction. Learn about market valuation, financing and operation of inns that will provide valuable insights into this process. Using examples of actual sales, you will learn how inns are valued as businesses and how to prepare a thorough pre-opening and post-opening marketing plan.
